About us
On-chip Biotechnologies is the manufacturer of the world's first microfluidic chip-based cell sorter. The cell sorter, "On-chip Sort", has an exchangeable and disposable microfluidic cartridge as its core. This innovative technology allows for damage-free and contamination-free sorting of cells and clusters up to 140µm, and recovery in sterile condition which is not attainable with conventional sorters. Analysis and sorting can be performed in any sheath fluid of your choice. On-chip Sort is capable of sorting a wide variety of samples including neurons, myocytes, iPSCs, sperm, spheroids, marine and plant organisms, rare cells and emulsion droplets. On-chip also offers a single cell/particle dispenser called On-chip SPiS that allows accurate dispensing of single cells and particles up to 200µm to 96- and 384-well plates for single cell culture and genomics.
