Maxpar® Direct Expansion Panels

Each Maxpar Direct Expansion Panel consists of a collection of preselected antibodies that fit open channels of the Maxpar® Direct™ Immune Profiling Assay™ to enable deeper profiling of specific immune cell subsets.  Our collection of 6 pre-made Expansion Panels is tailored for infectious disease and immuno-oncology research. Examine functional characteristics of the 37 immune cell populations identified by the Maxpar Direct Immune Profiling Assay and uncover additional populations using any of these six panel kits. For COVID-19 researchers, these panels can be used to gain further insight into immune response and disease severity of SARS-CoV-2 infection in humans.

Flow Conductor™ Sample Preparation System for Flow and Mass Cytometry

Flow Conductor™ is an innovative, fully automated sample preparation system that performs complete sample preparation workflows for flow or mass cytometry. The system features a fully integrated tube-based centrifuge that allows walkaway automation. The system’s ability to mimic benchwork allows users to easily adapt existing workflows, reduce hands-on time, and minimize of human error and variability, resulting in more consistent results.

Maxpar® antibodies for exploring immune cell function

See a more complete picture of the immune system by expanding your immune profiling panels with verified Maxpar® metal-conjugated antibodies that analyze immune regulation and cell status. We have added 12 new anti-human metal-tagged antibodies to our catalog to give you increased flexibility to customize your CyTOF® mass cytometry panel for your unique applications. Add these antibodies to a basic immunophenotyping panel to study:
Immune cell activation and inhibition status
Apoptosis and cell death
Immune checkpoint receptor expression
Tumor-mediated immune suppression

Maxpar® Immuno-Oncology (IO) IMC Panel Kits

IO Panel Kits: Maxpar® Immuno-Oncology (IO) Panel Kits coupled with Imaging Mass Cytometry™ (IMC™) allow simultaneous high-multiplex detection of human tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes, immune activation, and tissue architecture in a single scan to provide researchers with a richer, more insightful understanding of the cancer-related processes in the tumor microenvironment.

AccuLift™ Laser Capture Microdissection System

With the AccuLift™ Laser Capture Microdissection System, researchers can quickly, easily and cleanly capture spatial biology insights and unlock unique molecular signatures down to the single-cell level. Developed specifically to support today’s translational and clinical research studies that use laser capture microdissection (LCM) to obtain cells for proteomics, transcriptomics or genomics analysis, AccuLift delivers precise targeting and preserves biomolecular integrity through a simple, streamlined workflow.
